I ordered flowers to deliver to my Daughter on Christmas eve. First time we have not been together on Christmas, ever. Designers choice, so was not sure what to expect. I asked for some Christmas flair and they absolutely hit it out of the park. This kind gesture in these times really meant a lot to all of us, Thank you!

I live in the north of the England and wanted to send flowers to my friend who was having a hard time dealing with a family bereavement back home in the UK. I placed an order using my mobile phone…the website is very mobile phone friendly…on Sunday evening(EDT)and paid using my British bank card. I was sceptical that an ordered placed from thousands of miles away wouldn’t be fulfilled but seeing the level of customer service the Urban Florist had via the reviews I took a chance and I am very glad I did. I decided to go with the designers choice as I had a limited budget and the arrangement was beautiful. So beautiful in fact it made my friend cry. I cannot praise the company enough for the care and attention put into my order. I am only sorry that I cannot order from them on a regular basis.

My experience with the Urban Florist was excellent. I needed flowers delivered the same day, and was unable to visit the florist personally. I emailed several florists in the vicinity of where I needed them delivered. The first to respond to my email was the Urban Florist. Not only did they deliver the flowers timely and received rave reviews from the recipient, but they accommodated my request to include a handwritten note that I emailed to their attention. It was a great, simple experience through and through. Totally recommended!
